Returns & Refunds Policy

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or returns unless the item you receive is broken or damaged upon arrival. All orders are shipped 4-5 days after the initial order.

However, you may be entitled to cancel your order within 3 days of receipt under the following conditions:

Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 3 days from the date you received the goods, or from the date a third party (not the carrier) took possession of the goods on your behalf. No reason is required for cancellation.

Refunds

If your cancellation is accepted, we will reimburse you within 30 days of receiving your cancellation notice. The refund will be issued using your original payment method, with no additional fees.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must have been purchased within the last 30 days.

• The item must be in its original packaging.

Non-returnable items include:

• Custom or personalized goods.

• Perishable items or goods past their expiry date.

• Goods unsealed after delivery for hygiene or health reasons.

• Items that have been inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. Please contact us at bitsandbobsshop@cerrillosroad.com for return address details.

We recommend using an insured and trackable shipping service, as we cannot issue a refund without receiving the returned goods or proof of return delivery. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit.
